| Industries to Explore - National Industry Career Specialists (NICS) |
There are 10 National Industry Career Specialists (NICS) who provide information on careers and skills needs. NICS also nurture relationships and partnerships between industry groups, Industry Skills Councils, training authorities, group training organisations, and encourage these bodies to support young people in their transition from school to work, study and hazwoper training.
NICS also work with the network of 57 Regional Industry Career Advisers (RICAs). RICAs provide up-to-date information and advice on industry developments, local career opportunities and regional skills needs.
